NERHOL

Nerhol is an artist duo consisting of Ryuta Iida and Yoshihisa Tanaka. Through their sculptural works that blend numerous photographs, they attempt to reveal the multilayered mode of existence of organic matter. Major solo exhibitions include For want of a nail (KASHIMA2018, Beppu City, Oita, 2018), Interview, Portrait, House and Room (Youngeun Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea, 2017), and Promenade (21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, 2016), Index (Foam Museum, Amsterdam, 2015). He won the Grand Prize of the 2020 VOCA Exhibition.
