HIRAKU SUZUKI

Born in 1978, Suzuki obtained his Master of Fine Arts from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts. He has focused on the relationship between drawing and language, creating two-dimensional works, sculptures, and videos. Suzuki has participated in numerous exhibitions at museums in Japan and abroad, including the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa (Ishikawa), Mori Art Museum (Tokyo), Museum of Architecture, Wroclaw (Poland), Yinchuan Museum of Contemporary Art (China), MOCO Panacée (France), and the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (Tokyo). His publications include “GENGA” (2010) and “SILVER MARKER” (2020).
